Happy wonderful Tuesday morning ladies!
Please forgive me for just updating the blog on a Tuesday morning. I recently sold my computer. So, I'm updating using my phone.
We are in the book of Psalms:
A sacred song or hymns recited by Christians and Jews, written by King David and written for choirs. Now, these songs are written by others who were also considered poets or writers in the Bible such as the sons of Korah, Solomon, Moses and many others. These books give us chapters of praise and lament, which is sorrow or grief.
The book of Psalms is split up in 5 sections and we will be going over the first section this week. I've noticed a phrase that has been used religiously throughout the 5 sections:
"May the Lord God of Israel be blessed forever, Amen and Amen"
This phrase reminds us that the God of Israel shall be praised because of who He is, the one that has blessed His people through every season and trial. After reading this phrase, how can you apply this scripture listed above in your life? Respond with your comment below.
