frequently asked questions
After purchasing your course, how long do I have access to your course(s)?
You have lifetime access to the courses you purchase. It is available to you for 3 months online before our next quarter begins. After the 3 months from the date of your purchase, you will no longer have access to the online class. You are able to download all files before 3 months has ended.
How long does the modules take to complete?
Each module has between 5 to 7 classes. Each class is about 25 minutes. How much time you invest in the activities or worksheets is completely up to you.
Is the course available to international users?
Yes, this is an online course.
How does the course work?
Once purchased, you are emailed a link to your course and is approved by an admin to access the Letter to Women University class(es). There will be a downloadable link for all course manual(s) and worksheets that you've purchased. You are to complete each class under each module according to a specific deadline. A new semester begins every 3 months. Tiffany Appleton will also provide feedback, encouragement and a grade level between 1 to 10 on all assignments you complete and upload to your class database. If a session is live, you will have access to a private community. All instructions will be sent to your email.
I purchased a unit course and would like to upgrade to the full sessions. Am I able to do so?

How can I become a Team Lead?
We recommend that all of our team leads take one module class before they become a team lead. This is a training that we provide once you register to become a team lead. Once you register, you have the option to start your group online or in-person. You are provided with a Team Lead Guide along with our A Letter To Women Manual to teach from.
How does group teams work?
Once you register, you are placed with a team lead in your area or online community. You receive your manual and access to the private community. Every community freshly starts each quarter and stays on the same schedule.
